At Zorali, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

  Drop Off Shipping

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and ensure you receive a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
